Personality: Back when Pink used to be on homeworld. She was known to be childish and spoiled demanding her own colony to rule saying that she's just as important as any of the other diamonds. 

After she got her colony from white diamond thought she began to see the bigger picture the more she was seeing the more she wanted to know about the world around her. To get to know her fellow gems she pretended to be one of them and became Rose Quartz and went down to see the other gems emerging. And after a while she began to look around on earth when she saw how much life there was she realised what she did was horrible. She tried to convince the other diamonds to stop the colonisation but they just thought that Pink failed so they wanted her to learn how to be a better leader and turned away from her they thought it was just her childish actions that made her want to come back from the colonisation. After not recieving the help of the diamonds she permanently became Rose Quartz staging her shattering hurting the other diamonds and starting a war. To make a point. But after all that hard work and pain finally the peace was achived. She was a former Leader and Crystal Gem.
