At first we know that Connor has been uploading data to CyberLife reporting regulary about his case that he recived with Lt.Anderson his partner in the investigation. Originally this case was asigned to Connor (a prototype Android) to figure out why Androids started to become deviant and started to "feel" or so they said. At first Connor regulary reported for "Amanda" a program inside Connor's "Mind palace" that had collected the data and returned it to CyberLife but after being exposed to so many of the deviants close up and personal learning about their behaviours he started to realise that the Androids weren't having any kind of major failures in their systems they just simply started to develop feelings. We at CyberLife always had worked to make Androids that were self learning just like phones and computers every single device we own from the smallest phone to the most advanced working desktop computers were self learning and the Andorids were no different. As Connor learned more about the Deviants behaviour it became clear that they truly had developed a concious mind personality and feelings just like humans. And this was only more apparent in the fact that Markus a deviant that people just called RK9 had started a peaceful revelation to show that the Androids while not human were an inteligent speecies that could live and work alongside the humans they all deserved the life that they have fought for. And by the end of this "uprising" both Hank the human partner of Connor and Connor himself had agreed in to the freedom of Androids and the allowance for them to live amongs humans as equals and not treated like trash.
